At C-Training Innovation Centre, we believe that education should be accessible to everyone – regardless of how we focus, process information, or organise our learning. That’s why we’ve created a training environment that is supportive and ADHD-friendly, designed to help every learner thrive.
🔹 Individual Approach to Learning
We understand that ADHD doesn’t mean a lack of focus – it simply means focus works differently. During our training sessions, we:
-
break content into shorter, structured modules,
-
use hands-on learning methods (“learning by doing”),
-
allow flexible pacing and frequent breaks,
-
provide visual aids, diagrams, and checklists,
-
create a calm atmosphere that supports attention and reduces stress.
🔹 ADHD-Friendly Learning Environment
Our classrooms and training materials are designed to promote focus, reduce anxiety, and make learning more accessible. We provide:
-
quiet areas for rest and reflection,
-
ergonomic workstations,
-
printed materials with high-contrast layouts,
-
clear step-by-step guidance throughout the course.
🔹 Support with the Access to Work Programme
Individuals with ADHD can apply for support through the UK government’s Access to Work scheme, which offers funding and practical assistance for learning or employment.
Through this programme, you may be eligible for:
-
funding for an ADHD mentor,
-
specialist equipment or software to support study and focus,
-
a personal assistant or support worker to help with organisation and daily tasks,
-
help with travel costs if public transport is difficult to use.
At C-Training Innovation Centre, we help learners understand the Access to Work process and prepare their application for funding. Our goal is to ensure that every student can develop professionally without barriers or unnecessary stress.
🔹 Why It Matters to Us
Some members of our team have personal experience living with ADHD – which gives us a deep understanding of both the challenges and the strengths that come with it. We value empathy, structure, and patience, and we aim to create a safe, supportive learning environment where every student can progress at their own pace.
🔹 Our Shared Mission
Our mission is to build a more inclusive beauty and aesthetics industry – one that celebrates creativity, neurodiversity, and individuality.
That’s why all our courses, both in-person and online, are open and accessible to individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions.
🧠 If you have ADHD and want to start a career in the beauty or aesthetics industry – you’re in the right place.
Get in touch with us, and we’ll help you find the right course and access financial support through the Access to Work programme.
