Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (“the Student”) and C-Training Innovation Centre (“the Centre”), located at Unit 4 City Limits 34 South Parade LS27 8FE Morley Leeds, with regard to the provision of training courses and related services.
1. Deposits and Payments
1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on any training course.
1.2. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid no later than one day prior to the start of the practical training session. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in the loss of your place on the course.
2. Right to Cancel
2.1. You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days from the date of your deposit payment provided that:

You have not accepted the invitation to access the training portal, and
-
You have not accessed any course materials.
2.2. If you accept the invitation to the training portal or access any part of the digital content, the course is considered started, and you waive your right to cancel. All fees become non-refundable from that point.
3. Attendance at Practical Training
3.1. Practical training dates are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the Student and the Centre.
3.2. Failure to attend scheduled practical sessions—regardless of the reason—will not release you from the obligation to pay the full course fee. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or bereavement), one opportunity to reschedule the practical training may be granted at the Centre’s discretion, provided prior contact is made and written approval is received.
4.2. The new date may only be scheduled once.
4.3. If the Student fails to attend the rescheduled practical session, the Centre reserves the right to apply a contractual penalty of £500, in addition to any fees already paid.
5. General Terms
5.1. The Centre reserves the right to make changes to course content, trainers, or venue where necessary.
5.2. By enrolling on a course and paying the deposit, the Student agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. All training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed in any form.

All cancellations, rescheduling requests or general inquiries must be submitted in writing to:
